Minister Kian Marigny, Founder/C.E.O.
Min. Kian Marigny is a healthcare executive, ministry leader, and entrepreneur whose career reflects a strong commitment to wellness, operational excellence, and community-centered service. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of House of Nazareth, she brings a dynamic blend of executive leadership, pastoral care, and healthcare systems expertise to the organization’s mission. Her professional background includes leadership in healthcare administration, clinic operations, patient care coordination, rehabilitation, hospice, in-home care, and business development, equipping her with broad insight into the continuum of care.
In addition to her executive leadership, Min. Marigny serves in ministry with a deep commitment to pastoral presence, spiritual guidance, and compassionate care for individuals and families. Her work consistently demonstrates the ability to connect mission, management, and measurable community impact. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, she offers House of Nazareth visionary leadership, organizational strategy, and a holistic commitment to serving the whole person and the whole community.
