Rev. Eugene Boger is a seasoned pastor, organizational strategist, and community-centered leader with more than twenty years of experience at the intersection of ministry, healthcare administration, and social impact. He brings professional experience in healthcare administration, medical records, and medical billing, offering a strong understanding of the systems, structures, and operational demands that affect both individual well-being and community health. His experience also includes board service in the area of community health, where he has contributed insight, governance, and advocacy in support of initiatives that address disparities and strengthen the health of vulnerable populations. This combination of ministry leadership, healthcare-related experience, and board governance equips him to offer House of Nazareth a well-rounded perspective on service, sustainability, and community transformation.

Attorney Ann Johnson-Griffin is a seasoned legal professional with broad experience in litigation, legal research, advocacy, and client representation. She currently serves as a Court Attorney for Second Parish Court in Gretna, Louisiana, while also leading her own law practice focused on workers’ compensation, personal injury, and medical malpractice matters throughout Southeast Louisiana. Her professional background includes service in claims review, legal assistance, disaster loan support through the U.S. Small Business Administration, and advocacy as a caregiver navigating complex benefit systems. With a career marked by sound judgment, legal insight, and a strong commitment to justice, Attorney Johnson-Griffin offers House of Nazareth significant strengths in governance, compliance, advocacy, and community service.

Dr. Ronald C. McLendon, Jr. is a board-certified family physician, healthcare executive, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in clinical care, public health, and healthcare administration. He has led organizational strategy, marketing, operational efficiency, and quality improvement initiatives, and has a strong commitment to accessible, community-centered healthcare. With a background spanning clinical medicine, hospital care, disability evaluations, urgent care, and emergency medicine, Dr. McLendon brings to House of Nazareth deep expertise in health systems, leadership, and addressing disparities in underserved communities.

She has served in key leadership roles on major studio and HBO productions and is widely respected for her professionalism, discretion, and excellence in high-profile environments. Beyond her creative work, Kendra brings valuable nonprofit strength through her extensive network of entertainment professionals, executives, creatives, and philanthropic leaders. Her capacity to cultivate strategic relationships, expand visibility, and support donor engagement makes her a meaningful asset to the mission and outreach of House of Nazareth.

Member Dwayne B. Marigny is a senior human resources and operations professional with significant experience in federal service, organizational management, and workplace policy. In his role as Senior Human Resources Specialist with the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency, he advises leadership on performance management, employee relations, work-life policy, and complex personnel matters. His broader background includes program administration, reasonable accommodations, budgeting, procurement, contracting, and internal operations, reflecting a strong command of systems that support organizational accountability and effectiveness. Mr. Marigny brings to House of Nazareth a valuable combination of administrative rigor, strategic problem-solving, and governance-minded leadership.
